Hi everybody. I would like to share an experience. I was attending beginner's yoga classes and felt very much healthier. I even felt myself flexible and felt lighter. Has anyone felt this way before? Any yoga followers her on mylot. Please share your experience.

Yeah, people can really benefit a lot from Yoga.
Many people believe that yoga can only focuse mainly on flexibility. In fact, Yoga can also offer many physiological, psychological and biochemical benefits and yes it does help to increase your muscle strength.
Of course, you may use Yoga as a primary exercise to build your body muscles or you may use Yoga as a supplement along with other weight training exercises to help your muscles become strong, fit and balanced.
In total, we can gain many benefits to mind, body, and spirit from the practice of Yoga.

i do believe that yoga can be of great benefits to our health.i attended a yoga class for a year.and it really feels good.it brought sweat out of your body even in winter.after practicing,i felt lighter as you do,too.it;s such nice experience!the only thing bothered me is some of the poses were beyond my reach at the beginning and it was really hard for me to follor the trainer.well, little by little ,i see my progress.and that made me feel excited.
i love yoga for it is a mild way of sport.

Yes I agree with you. Some of the poses makes me feel dissapointed as it will be meant for an advance member and it will be hard for me as I am in the begginer stage but however when we work on it more we would feel the flexibility and makes us feel happy for our own achievement
