At the end of a thriller match Australia won by just 4 runs..!! Australia won the toss and batted first. After the wicket of Watson Australia hada steady and decent start. Ricky Ponting and Michael Hussey set up a good toatal of 292/8. (Ponting 74, Hussey 73, White 51, Paine 50,Ishant 3-50) India started with Sehwags boundaries but it ended up quickly. Sachin is on his way to stand but Pontings excellent catch take him in to the pavilion. The loss of Virat Kohli for 30 was a blow after he and Gambhir combined for a 58-run partnership. After 25 overs, India needed another 169 at 6.76 an over and with Gambhir well set on 45. Gambhir had fought his way to 68 from 85 deliveries. Then Raina once again fails wicket to M.Jhonson. After that loss Dhoni got out.. India in his way to loosing.. No expectations after Jadeja out.. India fell to 201 for 7 with ten overs remaining when they needed more than nine an over. Then comes the real thriller... Harbhajan & Praveen kumar hitting the balls sixes and fours. The great entertainer comes in crowds are really enjoyed.. 84-run stand from Harbhajan and Praveen makes Indian batting in to the last over In the end nine were required from the final over Peter Siddle held his nerve to confirm a four-run margin in Australia's favour. Harbhajan (49) was bowled from the second ball of the 50th over. Six from the last ball was too much for Ashish Nehra to produce. Well fight from Harbhajan & P.Kumar.. Micheal hussey is the Man of the match for his 54 ball 73

Yeh It was a good fighting performace from the Indian lower order. They played well to get so close to the target, in the end they must have been very heartbroken. Everyone thought that the game was over when Dhoni and Jadeja got out but Harbhajan and Praveen Kumar had other ideas. It was a very entertaining knock from those two, if only the other batsmen had done their bit. Indias bowling was a bit below par allowing Paine and Ponting, and then White and Hussey to take the game away from them. The spinners were also not all that effective. The batting was going good until Sehwag went, Gambhir tried to steady the innings but he did not have enough support. Siddle did a good job in the final over to ensure the win. Hope we have entertaining cricket throughout the series.

yes fought very well but Australia won the game. and people only remember who win the game. yes harbhajan pals very well but he can't make win the match. indian openres give good starts but at least they cant give continuation their performance. at the india lost the match that's all .
