I have just recently returned to mylot after been gone for a while. I just noticed this morning, the 'task' link. I clicked on it, to see what it was, and was confused when I seen the same person with about 9 of the same posts. Can any one explain to me what this is all about? How does it work??

You sign up for a task, you get accepted, you do it, you get paid if it's done right. I've only done one myself. Did you notice that there's also a "quizzes" tab?

hehehe I haven't checked out the quizzes thing, but I vaguely think I recall somebody complaining about adware...

Well, I went to do the 'quizzes' and the last question on all asks about your IQ, then they want you to take the IQ test, and then of course you have to give your cell number.. I said, 'no thanks'.

i'm also faced same problem some time before and i was wonder to get return my tasks. now days i'm really feel worried and afraid some time to accept a tasks. i thought its may happen, if i accept same tasks by mistaken. i think tasks creator's need to stop this kind of way which make us confused.

Well, I don't know what personal information they want, I only looked at the subject titles and realized it wasn't for me.

Tasks help you earning money a little more quickly. Some writing tasks pay about 4$. To do the tasks successfully you will have to follow the instructions of the task(as set by the task creator) and act accordingly. Tasks do not pay immediately. They usually take a day or two to approve your task. Well, do not get too excited. I have been paid for doing tasks. But the last tasks that I have done(which is a couple of months back) are still pending. They have not accepted my tasks nor have they rejected it . So I have stopped doing tasks. You can check out the tasks yourself. If you get paid that is great. You have nothing to lose, right? Best of luck with your tasks.

Thank you for the info. I think at this time, I will stick to the discussions instead.

Well, maybe because it's from the same task creator. There are some familiar profiles out there that post tasks on the "task" section of the site. They regularly post those tasks for others to do and you get paid in return. You should try it out.
