Hi! you are already tall enough if you are in our place. Come to the Philippines and you will be one of the tallest people here. I'm 38 years old, weighs 55 lbs and I'm 5'6". But my folks say I'm quite tall. When I was still single I was only 5'4" but after I gave birth to my two daughters, I grew taller by an inch after each birth.

At 23 years of age, why to rush for more height? Attaining height may not give you a better look. The society arround you are habituated with your present height. Besides, you have crossed the potential times also to gain height.
Some guys may advice you for accupressure shoe, magnetic shoe, some peculiar medicines. Dont try for these at all. Rather you should focus on maintaining good health. Thank you.

raj increase in the height is not possible at the age after twenty two and before twenty two u can just do some exersises for increasing the height..like just doing pull up's and some warm exersices and it also depends upon the heridity so i think firsst consult ur docter and just talk a nutrious food for growing the height..

It's probably too late to try to increased your height at 23 years of age. Biologically speaking, males can continue growing until they are 25, but that is a best cases scenario sort of situation and mostly to do with hereditary and not something you can coax your body into doing.
If it makes any difference though, you are taller in the morning right when you wake up than you are by the end of the day. Throughout the day your spine compresses from gravity and being in an upright position.

Go to a doctor. If it doesn't work, try not to sleep to late (8pm is late enough for you), every time you wake up, suspend yourself on a bar and hold it up to 2 minutes, do it 5 times a day (doesn't need to be followed up), eat lots and lots of eggplant and don't let anyone EVER jump over you, while you are laying on the floor.
