On a side note, I believe the Tabby cat Garfield can relate to your dread of Mondays, Monkeylong. Mondays for me these days means a new week, and tons of distractions which alleviate the focus of what I really want to do after a wild weekend of working...relaxing. I highly doubt the idea of relaxation is a lasting impression around my house at any point of time. I have mixed feelings about Mondays, however since they are part of the work week for many individuals, it is the true sign of regularity and normalcy for me. To see many people commuting to work on my highway property here while I'm at home working on other various tasks, is a sign that my days off have begun. What days off means in my translation, is literally time away from paid work. Working during the week, in terms of the starting of the week is another way of saying housework such as cleaning and laundry. In other words, I can also state that Mondays for me are essentially another day of the week in order to accomplish various tasks in a given set of hours. Mondays also mean that most of the stores and such are open that my family needs to go to during the week. Normalcy is very important for me these days, and in terms of having to dread Mondays is perfectly fine with me. Dreading Mondays or not all depends on how I look at what has to be done after that Monday has occurred. Either way, that day of the week will come and go as much as it pleases irregardless of what other people think. Let the fun and dread continue, because it passes along in the end anyway. Happy MyLotting!
