I get a lot of messages from friends. I keep all the interesting ones specially the poems and sayings. I send them to other friends. I keep the wishes of new year, Christmas and other festivals or occasions messages. I like to read them again and again. What about you? Do you keep messages?

I have my phone set up so that it automatically deletes any messages over 15 days old. I only keep messages that are important & once things relating to that message have been taken care of, I delete them.

I keep messages that are really important but keeping too many will definitely eat up all the space in your inbox. Its sort of useless to keep mesages that will only bother me later on...well that's on my opinion that is.

Since I have the smartphone, so I can keep as many as messages I like. And I will keep any useful messages who sent by my family and friends. After all, my cellphone has enough big room for it. I love China

I keep some of my messages such as the picture messages that my friends send me because some of them are so crazy and some of them are so cute.

Yes, I still keep some of the special messages, but sometimes they were just too many and I have to delete some of them if the inbox is full. Like you, I will forward those messages to family or friends, but if they are from my hubby or family wishing me something, I will keep them and sometimes read them over and over again. I think it's sweet because you have something to remember from them in your cell phone that you can't put them into papers unless you yourself write them down. However, I have changed my cell phone recently and all the messages are still in my old cell phone.

As a matter of fact I still have the sweet messages from my gf (now my wife) stored in my inbox. Sometimes when me and my wife are not doing anything, we browse through all the messages we sent to/from each other before we were not yet married. Its a fun thing to do actually, usually makes our day.

Yes, I can't agree with you any more. As you have said above, when I receive some interesting messages, I tend to keep them other than deleting it. Sometimes, when I am in trouble or feel confused, I may open these meaning messages to make me happy from the wishes of my friends. In fact, the messages can remind me of some interesting story and experience. When meeting a festival, I often send these messages to my other friends and give them my best wishes. Keeping the interesting messages is really a big fortune.

No, I don't keep any messages in my phone, as thre is only so much room, and once I have read them once they have been sent, then I just delete them. I only text message my daughter, and sometimes we text a lot and ohter times we don't. There have been times we have texted so much that I had well over 200 messages on my phone. I wouldn't keep that many, ss it wouldln't leae much room left for anything else. I just don't think it is necessary to keep them. I do, however, keep the video messages she sends me. I do have an sd card so I put it that. She will send me videos of my 3 year old grandson, whom I miss so much, and having the videos to watch helps relieve the heartbreak of not seeing him, and getting to hold him or talk to him. That is the only thing I keep. Take care, and happy mylotting.

Yes, but not on the cellphone memory. I had downloaded them in my laptop and saved it in a folder there. Any messages as long as I think is very important to me, I need to save them. Simple messages such as "hey dad, luv you!" or "hapy 10th anniversay!".
