sleeping is good for health

sleeping is good for health we all know but wat should be the average time a man/women should sleep in a day to keep themselves fresh . i think 6-7hrs sleep per day is well enough for a particular human being.what do u think?

7 hours sleep is healthy, anything more is unhealthy. I find myself sleeping during the morning and waking up during the night... is that good? Or doesn't it matter as long as I get 7 hrs of sleep?

hellow my friends..i am 21..still a student..a college student..jobless..what do you have to say to me if i say you that from the last 1 and half months i am sleeping for 3-4 hours a day..i go to college everyday..and when i return i have tutions or so..and then when i come to bed..i take my laptop with me and start mylotting and chatting on messengers and bux.to and then some game like cricket/raw and i look at the watch..surprisingly its 3-4am..what a life!!!and den i sleep and gfet up and go to college..same routine..it applies..
