When im doing exercise.

Hi mylotters, I having some problems during im exercise, im quite active in exercise as i used to go gym everyday, join classes in a row and sweat it all. And i have good stamina, I cycling, hiking, jogging and i take weight, I also participated marathon.Early of this year i join degree and i have no time to go gym as i used to be, just 2 times maximum per week, very obvious that this make my stamina drop and i started to jogging everyday since 2 weeks ago, but when im jogging, i feel bit dizzy, my muscle soreness on my leg and hand, i look very pale, i breath very hard. I feel very bad about these, as i never felt like this before. Well, I will feel soreness the next day after i didnt workout for very long, but i nver been throught that i feel sourness on my hands and legs when im exercise, these makes me very suffer when im running. What should i take or do to heal these? I going for a marathon end of NOV which is 22KM+ . I have to finish it, as i need to heal all my soreness..
