What do you think of Berbatov in United?

I don't think he is doing well in United. There is simply no synergy, and he is too fanciful in his football. No doubt, he is a great footballer and performs for his country and his ex club Tottenham. But I think he is simply not doing well in United. Extremely overpriced.
What do you think?

I guess I might be a little impatient... but time is a luxury in football haha!

I don't know, it's his second season and he has yet to step up and show that he is a quality player worth 30m. I'm sure if he has no impact to the results for this he might be sold this summer for SAF to invest in a new forward. Only time will tell and I hope he can be successful, he won't if he keeps performing like this though.

I agree he is not doing well, I don't his style suits a pacey United side. I still do believe that Berbatov is very talented but after watching game after game, he can't dominate games and even against small teams he looks like he struggles with the pressure applied and a hefty 30million price tag as his collar. He looks far away from being the great player for Spurs. I hope he does get better though and I hope he can link up with Rooney more as I've only seen him link up with mostly Owen.

stormragetz,
As soccer is a team's game, I feel that Berbatov is not solely to be blame for not being able to gel in yet. But I think United is still missing the services of C. Ronaldo the play maker and the vital link in the midfield which is quite a noticeable missing link.
There is also some oncoming transition problems where senior players are coming to age and vying for a place on the first 11. So, every player is just playing with a worry of who is going to be permanent first 11 and this is also happening with the other top professional teams who are flooded with top players. So, it will really be quite a task for the managers here. I see 2009-2010 league a manager's nightmare and a player's worry.
Have a nice day.

i think he needs more adjustment time, and i think he's still a great player, he just need some time to show his quality of his football.
