I have never heard this. I always heard they would make u have good eyesight to. I have eaten carrots all my life, am very fond of them but my eyesight is awful & my brian power is nothing to brag about either.

As I know Carrots are really full of essential vitamins and minerals. They improve vision, combats inflammation and help to keep good immune system. I have also heard that they are good for pregnant women and helps to fight cancer too.It is a new information to me that they also help to increase brain power. I am really eager to know at which perception you think that.

I'd agree with Chey. As far as I know, carrot is good on improving your vision.
I've tried it before, and it really works.
Studies that focus on food and memory suggest, when it comes to fruit and your memory, berries rate number one! Berries have some of the highest antioxidants concentrations among fruits, and ALL berries are rich in healthy compounds called anthocyanins and flavanols... which may help protect against the breakdown of brain cells.
