Do you hate it when you got to wait on calls?

I hate it when you got to push one now, push 2 to go here and push 3 to think on and on . It seems it last forever. Then you have to wait till they answer and they say call back...Bad for business....

YES!!! It totally drives me nuts! I usually end up hitting 0 a million times just so I can get to a representative. And I agree, it's bad for business when you have to go through all the rigamarole just to get hung up on. No waiting with some cheesy elevator music, no automatic call back, you just get told that they are busy & to try your call later. Grrrrr I feel ya

yes I know people sometimes get angry before speaking to someone before they answer then they answer and they say hi how are you and have a good day...LOL..OR once I told someone I was on here so long I forgot what I wanted to say, wait a minute and I will look it up...lol they do not know what to say then...

i hate waiting when you call someone they put you on hold and you hear music and wait like forever i feel like cuzzing them out when they do get back on the phone because i waited so long

I hate it but I am used to it. I have no idea how to work most of the things I own and have to sit through the stupid massage machine to ask a question.
