Self confidence is very important especially if we have to meet many people everyday on our job. Actually such confidence can be built on ourselves by practicing to talking with as many as people everyday, and facing as many as people everywhere. The most important thing is our appearance must be good. I think by wearing good clothes, having clean face and good breath can help us on building our self confidence. Mostly people feel not confidence when they miss one of those things above. Over confidence is bad, so if you are a confidence enough person, you must make sure to control your confidence level. Self confidence has an important part in life. I believe that I am over confident many times. But, it is very helpful for me. The over confidence gives me courage and strenth of mind to take risks in life. You can only be in a higher position in your life and career only if you are willing to take more effort and risks in life.

It's dangerous to be overconfident. We have to believe in our abilities, but we have to stay humble. The balance of these attributes will determine our life.
