Well, I have. A few days ago I was stucked and bored. I couldn't make myself to think of what to post. I felt like a blunt knife so I decided to get outta mylot for a while. Yesterday I decided to come back and voila! I felt so refreshed and endep up making relatively a lot of posts. I find it funny because I had to take a break from something I consider as 'having fun'. Has this ever happened to you? Please share!

Aww that is indeed a pity! But the most important thing is you can access mylot now, isn't it. I can see that you are a newcomer, welcome to this site! I hope you enjoy your time being here. Keep posting!

No wonder why I did not notice your avatar floating this past couple of days. I had mylot vacations too but they were not deliberate, either I have to be out because of my work or there are many things to think about. Other than that, I can spend time just scrolling the discussions and not actually post.
I agree though that a vacation is sometimes needed to refresh our thoughts.
cheers!

Lol, yes my mind was blank I couldn't think of anything to write. It happens to me as well when I only read the discussion then left without saying a word :p

Yeah alwayzzitra, I will feel bored and tired if I keep on working here frequently for quite a long time. Therefore it’s nice for me to stay away for a while to get myself refreshed. After spending more than a week of vacation I missed mylot so much. it didn't occur to me the first thing I did once I reached home at night, was to switch on the laptop and logged on mylot site straight away. I was really anxious to see what my friends said in my latest discussion.
I was so energetic after taking a cold bath then. After that I kept on reading and adding comments in some of the responses. It seems that I will be full of spirit and energy after leaving mylot for a while. I feel refreshed as well, if I play computer games for half an hour or so after typing several posts here. I find I can write more posts by doing so
Have a nice day and happy posting

This actually has happened to me about a month ago, when there was a period where I didn't make any posts. I took a little "vacation" and got really tired of typing so many responses, so I quit for a while.
After I came back, I was still a little lazy, and I made one or two posts a day. It was only until just this month that I started participating very much. This is about the time when I learned the importance of commenting

I do admit that commenting is very important. It makes the discussions alive and that's the fun part. Mylot is not only about making, responding and commenting the discussions but also about socializing with others. I find discussions without comments are dull. But that's just my opinion.
