What do you usually eat for lunch?

I hope you had a good lunch and your hunger is satiated."Dear mielshare, i too have different items for lunch everyday. UNfortunately, i have to eat what i get and have no choice since my food is home-delivered everyday by a lady who cooks from her house and sends food to about 30 people and of course she charges for it. There is no cooking done at my house since the last 15 years since i live alone. My mother who passed away 4 years back used to cook at home but had stopped cooking 15 years back due to health problems and advancing age.Therefore i have no choice but to eat what is sent to me though i do order something fro a hotel whenever i feel like eating something.

Hello. I go out to restaurants near my office for lunch. There are very nice restaurants around here, many international too. I prefer going to the ones which serve buffets , so one can have many choices. I am not a vegetarian, but still I like taking veggie dishes with seafood. If you are hungry , then it's a perfect time to go for buffets so you can eat as much as you want ! Ha ha ! Have a nice lunch !

For lunch I will eat maybe leftovers from dinner or a yogurt with granola. I may just have a piece of fruit or I just skip lunch all together. I try to eat lunch everyday but sometimes time just goes by so fast I forget and Dinner is around the corner.

I have many option for my daily lunch. But of course it has rice on my lunch menu. I can't eat bread or only vegetables without having rice. I will feel hungry if my stomach haven't filled with rice. On my weekdays, i usually having my lunch with my friends, and my favourite menu is all about meat dishes. Sometimes we feel bored with such same menu everyday, but we have no more option because if we won't eat those, we have no option less. I think lunch is not a big meal, we only have about one hour of time for having lunch, so usually we will finishing our lunch with less time. Good luck and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.

hi,mielshare, I usually eat two bowls of rice ,some vegetables and some meat, this is my stable food,and I have a good appetite,my lunch is very regular, I often eat at 12:00.

I eat a lot for lunch I am from taiwan and I eat rice with other dishes. sometimes I eat noodle, and sometimes fast food, like McDonald's but rice is my favorite. I also eat fruits after lunch, if possible. a banana or an apple can prevent you from being starving. what do you think??

If I have three meals, which is rare, I'm usually more of a 2 meal and snack girl, but occasionally like today, I'll get all three in. Usually it's ravioli or some kind of sandwich. I'm also admittedly a burger girl, but not too much as they're bad for you.
