Has anyone made the transition from home brewing to distributing? What is involved in the process? Thanks!

Local laws are probably going to be the biggest factor, you also need some way of regulating your recipe. One option is to farm out the actual production to a larger brewer. You give them the recipe and they use their tools to get consistent results. Also, it depends on how you are distributing. If you are selling retail it's a bit different than opening a brew pub. Decide which route you want to go.
