What makes twitter different from other sites? Why is it used a lot of people?

Yes, as a social network micro-blogging website, Twitter is becoming more and more popular. In my opinion, Twitter is popular just because: 1.You can follow your favorite celebrities there and gain the latest information about them; 2.Twitter makes you feel like you are a part of something greater than yourself; 3.It’s easier to get Twitter followers than it is to get Blog newsfeed subscribers. 4.You can get the latest information at the first time with a easy way. 5.It is not a waste of time for it is so easy to use. Compared with another popular social networking site, Facebook, Twitter is an easier one.
