Not only for star trek but for i think if tehre are tounsend of planets like earth, it must be certain that there are other life forms outside. So, have you ever watch star trek? do you like it? do you like spaceships and space? after that do you belive in aliens? thanks for your responses guys.

I was around when the series first started with William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy. I loved that show! It opened my mind and sparked my imagination. I didn't like Voyager much but it did like Enterprise with the bald guy as captain, sorry I can't remember his name. I'm looking forward to the latest movie when it comes to the free cable channels!

The actor's name is Patrick Stewart. Not sure which you were trying to think of.

I thought Voyager had the female captain--I didn't like her, she was too soft. Patrick Stewart is a VERY good actor, I've seen him in other productions.

I believed preatty much before cause I saw UFO, and only started to be a Trekkie recently. I love the show, specially The Next Generation, there are so many lessons and it's really good show.

well, I discovered science fiction thru Trek (TOS) back when I was in 8th grade. I learned I had been thinking in a science fiction way for years and started reading all I could get my hands on - every book the the school library, then every book in the branch of the library near my house. I started writing sf. I have gone to sf conventions. I have met some of my favorite writers. I LOVE science fiction. Do I believe in aliens? Well, I'm sure there is life out there in the vastness of space. I'm not sure we will always recognize it as life at first. Have we been "visited"? I don't know, I would rather think they would come openly and not this UFO nonsense...

I was always fascinated by how they portrayed humans as most peaceful and liberal race

I have never seen Star Trek, but I wouldn't rule out aliens. Heck, I think some are roaming the planet right now!

i've seem them all, big fan i believe in aliens before that and i think it's the only logical thing as there wouldn't be so many planets just to exist for no reason at all

Yes. My children were mad after star trek and along with them even I used to watch Star Trek. I strongly believe that there are other planets and other type of lives in the world. I believe UFOs. I used to watch UFO based programme and they were very interesting.

I watched one of the episode and always like to watch these kind of stories. There will be a possibility of aliens in the universe. Even if they are exists or not their stories are very much interesting.

Big Star Trek fan here. I love all the series and the films. I do believe in aliens but not the green bug eyed kind, the universe is so vast so I do believe their is other life out there on some far off world no matter what form it might take.

I have seen star trek for the first time many years ago and I like it a lot. I believe in aliens, there are not thousands but millions of galaxies which contain millions of planets, so life is out there, it's just to far away to see it. they might not be all civilizations, but there must be. Is an infinite universe with limitless posibilities, just look how weird is life on earth, there are animals beyond our imagination here in this planet living on the most extreme and strange conditions.

Hi Codris, I also started watching Star Trek when it was with William Shatner as Captain Kirk, and Nimoy as Spock. They were awesome and so much fun to watch both the adventures in space and the relationships between Kirk, Spock and McCoy. I especially like the introduction to the series, "Space, the Final Frontier. These are the voyages of the Starship Enterprise. It's five year mission, to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly go where no man has gone before." It truly did capture my imagination and I do believe that there must be life other than Earth out in the Universe.
