What is the best thing to do if you have a bad day?

Sometimes we cannot predict whether we have a bad day or not if this will happen what would you do? For me i just stay in my room and sleep and when i woke up i feel better. Sometimes when i am far from home i will just look for a place that has video games and play. You what will you do if you have a bad day?

Bad day are there everytime, ready to devour us so before the day starts or when i woke up in the morning I prefer to pray to Lord Jesus first because He knows everything, trust in Him and all the day run smooth as silk. Have a great day friend.
