LOL I have never heard this, but you can use special filter on the screen, it certainly helps,,

Yes, as you have said above, I have heard that cactus can help to decrease the harm form radication from one of my friends. Of course, it seems that there are no proofs that can show the relationship between cactus and radication.
If you want to protect you from radiation, you should definitely have some plants in your room, which is really useful.
The reason that people choose cactus perhaps because the person who started it is too lazy to have a plant that needs to be watered more than once every 2 months.

I find that very interesting. Now you have given me something to research on. LOL Some are using screen filters but I'm not sure if this helps a lot, but it does in terms of reducing the monitor's glare. My laptop has an adjustable screen glare so when I feel my eyes are getting tired, I reduce the glare. Hopefully less glare, less radiation.
