Being born in a very family oriented environment and being the eldest among my siblings I have been installed an obligation to help the family when I am capable. Something like paying them back for what they have given me. But I know that its not forever for i will be starting to have a family of my own also. Now my dilemma is how do I know when is the right time to leave or how do i ask for my parents permission? Its really hard and i don't want to cut my financial aid if i can afford to support two families but its just not enough...

When you start your own family you should put all your earnings into your own families support. If you have the money and your family needs help and it won't hurt your own family then loan them the money, but by all means don't put your own family into a situation that you can't afford to do. Good luck!

When you marry your obligation should be with your new family. Love your parents that is Gods will. But don't let your family do without. Cherish your parents all your life they gave you life.
