Opening of Pay Pal Account

Hi Deepa I am yet to open an account with paypal. So I am asking my friends to assist me in opening an account. as there are only three options, online purchase, buy and sell and business. since I have no intentions of buying anything in online purchasing, the first is not suitable to me second one and the third is also not suitable to me. so I am in a dilemma as to what to do. I have to open an account

I think It's easy for you guys. You just go to paypal site than sign up and fill your information , then you choose personal account. Now you cAn using your aCcount to buy some stuffs you interest. And maybe you must verified your aCcount, you cAn use your credit card or VCC (virtual credit card). With "verified" status you cAn withdraw your money to your local bank whenever you want, but maybe you can do it if you reached 150 $ (without fee), if less than it your mOneys will be reduced for transfer fee.
