Good day everyone, I would like to bake a cake or some cookies but most of my family has diabetes anyone facing the same dilemma? I'm one of those who loves cooking only if its quick and simple ... thanks in advance for all of your replies . Love & light Rosyc

Baking is one of my favorite passion besides cooking. You can always adjust the amount of sugar in your cakes or cookies for the benefits of your family members who are diabetic. You can check my blog link in my profile page which I have posted most of my favorite cakes and cookies.
