I don't know where life will lead me

Living alone seemed to be the hardest part of being single. Sometimes I crave for that someone that I can share my dreams, my plans, my worries. I wish for someone to talk to when I get home or before I leave for work. But somehow, I can't get out of my past which made me lose trust in anyone who shows interest in me. When I was a kid, I've always wanted to have my own family, to build my dreams around them. But I'm almost 30 and yet still not sure where this life will lead me. It is confusing and difficult as I don't want people to think that I'm not happy at all. I realized its not easy to always pretend but I also know I won't be able to handle it if my friends or family starts asking questions. I wish I knew what the future holds for me. For now, all I can do was to keep praying and trusting God that He will show me what I'm meant to do here on earth before my time is up.

Im only 20 but i dont like being single either, i've only had 1 gf in my life.
I would suggest though, that you need to be more proactive in looking for someone, they arent just going to come along and find you one day. You need to try to trust people, you are going to have to someday else you will just end up pushing any partner away. I think you have to risk getting that trust broken to form the sort of relationship you want.
I hope you find what you're looking for.

Sounds like you just need that push, you have a job but is it your career? your almost 30 wish i could say that try divorced 3 kids and 3 dogs 1 cat and 3 chickens feels like I live at the zoo sometime I could go for one of you quite days, life is what you make it., get out there find what your good out and go for it, sounds like your a god fearing person, your single want to see the world get out a mission trip get involved, i learned this along time ago that god sometime just gives suddle hints not that big boom your looking for and then its gone... enjoy life you don't have any thing that hold you down the perfect time for a mission trip or to get really involved into church so much to offer in church, just a suggestion., life is to live so go do it! Have fun, enjoy it and be safe!

I've always wanted to go out and do something without thinking of what might the consequences be if I break the rules but I guess I'm too coward to do something

I believe that life is full of mysteries.we don't know what will happen in the future.one thing is for sure,life brings us to the right place at the right time.only God knows what's best for us.He is guiding us going there.cheer up!life is beautiful.just go with the flow and live life to the fullest.

I am 32,female and still single..i have several female friends who are also single.sometimes it is hard,especially we see that almost all of our friends are already married with kids..but life is not only for that.of course,i want to get married but i don`t want to get married because of pressure from family and friends..try to make friends,join in hobby community,and keep hoping and praying..may God bless you (btw where do you live?)

your not the only one in this world that feels that way but also there nu thin wrong about being alone .true if u feel that way jus go out in certain places and try to meet with ppl that has the same interest as you or meet with a group .theirs hang out places that can give u many options to get to know ppl u jus to spend some time with.

I guess sometimes I get to a point where I become self-centered, not thinking that other people has bigger and worse problems that I have. Thank you for the insight.
