CHEESE!? Hahaha, I never even knew there was a demand for such an odd flavour to have for an ice-cream, although it just goes to show that ice-cream is such a diverse type of food that it is capable of being much more than a dessert.
For my own curiosity, can you describe the cheese flavour to me?

Here in the Philippines, everyone tries to be creative. LOL. But I guess what I really love about cheese ice cream is that it tastes sweet and salty at the same time. The combination gives eating ice cream a whole different experience. You should try it too :)

Hi Adelida, what an unusual and fascinating discussion on ice cream flavours you have created here and I'm sure you intend to be along to answer all these fascinating replies very soon. My favourite flavour of ice cream is coffee I find as I tend to eat that one when I go to the ice cream cafenion, not that the others don't also look tempting you understand but I do worry that they maybe a little sickly in the extreme heat so I find myself sticking with coffee.

I don't actually hve a favourite type of ice cream but I like a couple of them. Classic vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, mango, and green tea! :)

Unfortunately, I haven't tried anywhere near the amount of different flavours of ice-cream available. There are practically thousands of unique flavours and combinations out there, and I hope to taste ice-cream beyond the usual choices such as chocolate and vanilla.
With that aside, I must admit that I tend to go for a delicious choco mint flavour because it is widely available and I love the taste. I also tried white chocolate ice-cream once, which was lovely and definitely a flavour I'd like to try again.
Damn, I sound like such an ice-cream buff.
