What does it mean when you buy a refferal in neobux?

I would like to buy a referral, but what exactly does that mean. What if you buy a referral that isn't active.

I think it's too risk guys. Almost of our referral is not active again after we buy it. Maybe if we are standard member is risky to did it. We pay 5$ for making referrals it will be back just 4$. But if you upgrade to golden it's very harmful. Good luck guys.
