that really hurts, i moved to a new job because i was on contract work and got a permanent job, well it's a good job and the only one in my field of work in this city but ouch i didn't realize how much it would affect my income. i make 600 less a month. i needed to take it becuase of the opportunities it will give me but i'm starting to think i'd be better off with just any regular job. scared of falling behing in my bills

i can understand what u are saying. We would all want our dream jobs but it does not pay what we want. I would say hang in there because if you get a job u do not want you will not be happy. Maybe a raise is comming if they see u do a good job. Happy lotting.

Well, I guess you might have to pick up some work on the side. Having a job you enjoy is really an awesome thing, and we all need that in our lives..But we also obviously have to be able to keep up with our daily, weekly, and monthly expenses! There's no point in working if it's going to leave you high and dry and in debt to your utilities and credit card companies. *shrugs*. I guess you should sit down one day and truly see if you'll be able to afford living expenses with the new job - do all the boring math and find out for yourself how much you'll need to keep up.
