The Home Alone season is coming again - plan to watch it?

Its amazing how this little comedy from back in the 90s has now become a holiday season classic. The networks are sure to play at least the first one, and likely the second one as well. Should be interesting to see just how many times it is on. I think last Christmas day one of the stations ran it continuously all day. So the question is: do you plan to watch it? If so will you suffer through all the commercials, or are you a true fan and have them on DVD. Personally I will be popping in the DVDs to watch 1 and 2 sometime after thanksgiving.

My family and i always enjoy watching the Home Alone movies. They are often played during the holiday season, but you can also catch them throughout the year as well. The antics of a young boy foiling meddling robbers just seems to never get old. Good family entertainment!

I often times get the desire towatch them in the summer too. Just to see a little comic violence. Imagine taking an iron to the face, would you get back up for more? Makes me laugh every time.

Hi rodsdman...Welcome to Mylot. Yes I am a big fan of the movie since before. It doesn't bother me to keep on watching it over and over and so as my husband. Last Christmas we spend the whole night movie marathon of Christmas movies including Santa Clause movie and the best among them is Home alone since everybody have watched it before. They are still excited how the kid outsmarted the two big dumb boys.

Christmas movie marathon night, sounds like a fun idea. I couldnt wait till after thanksgiving. After putting up this discussion yesterday I got thinking about the movie and had to watch it. Just as Great as ever, I never get tired of watching the bad guys get pounded over and over again. I have a big collection of all kinds of christmas classics and try to watch each one every year.

You are right, home alone will again be shown in many tv stations. It's one of those precious time when families watch tv together and have quality time. There's always something in that film worth watching even though it is a little old one. It's fun to watch it over and over again. cheers!

Wow thats a nice one, i would like to watch this movie again. I like this movie very much and its favorite ever.
