What deepavali sweet did you make?

Hi mylotters,
I know I am bit late in asking this question.... I wanted to start this discussion earlier but it just got delayed due to lack of time...
So what deepavali sweet did you make which you can share here with a photo(if you have it)... this year my best sweet was the adhirasam which is made up of rice flour and jaggery, this was the first time I tried to make it and it came out really very nice.... as if I have been doing this for may years.....
I also made mysore pak, rava ladoo, ribbon pakoda and masala cashew....
Please share the sweets you prepared for deepavali.....

My Deepavali Special is ten kuzhal made out of steam cooked black gram added to rice flour, hing, til, and other things and came out extremely good, Besan ladoo, ribbon pakoda, deepavali lehyam made with a variety of herbs to prevent the stomach disorder and 7 cup cake.

All your sweets feels yummy when I hear it.... this year I didnt make ten kuzhal(which is a must for us every year).... you made 7 cup cake also....... that's my favourite also.... if possible post some photos of your delicious sweets....(if there is any sweet left

No sweets left because I have to distribute them to four of my neibours, our maid servant, our gardener and to my family. Besides two weeks has over and it is empty. next time whenever I prepare the same I will take photos and post it.

Every deepawali, I make a lot of sweets. I really enjoy making them just as much as eating them. I make besan laddoo, muruku, chiwda, besan shev, balushahi, and shakkar paris. If I learn something new there is an additon to the old list. But deepawali is as much a festival of sweets as of light and celebration. A very happy fothcoming diwali to you and all!!
