When I was 20 years old I let out my cottage and bought an airline ticket around the world. I got around four hundred pounds a month going into my bank account from the rent I was being paid. I also had a working holiday visa so I was able to work on Australia. I was a children's nanny, a charity worker and a factory assistant. So in a way I did have a dream vacation for over a year and get money from letting out my cottage.
