One of the main problems of modern men and women is that we are so busy and stressed out that we tend to forget the word "relax." Managing stress and knowing how to relax and take it easy can spell the difference between a harassed life and a more balanced one. Experts say that there are as many ways and activities to relax. The important thing to do is to choose an activity that's positive and start doing it regularly.
Now let's put them all here. What's you're choice of relaxing activity? Feel free to share your thoughts and it might even help other myLotters too! ;)

Hi Boss,
I am an advocate for Self-Care and managing stress is one of them. The following activities help me release my stress:
1. A weekly home-service massage therapy
2. Yoga Exercise
3. Listening to mellow music and singing songs with my kids
4. Aero dance exercise
5. Enjoying time with Mylot
We need to really give ourselves a break. We need to pamper ourselves with care for us to be constantly healthy and productive.

I love getting a massage but it's expensive also and I'm alwasy short of money. Though the biggest anti-stress for me is training long and hard, increasing the load on the barbell or the dumbells and lift that...one hour later, I'm tired but the stress is gone too.

Wow! Thank you for sharing palerainy. ;) I've been thinking of going to the gym lately. A friend of mine wants me to try. Maybe I can do some lifting or running routine there to keep myself more fit. ;)

Having a massage is definitely a MUST! I just love having a massage with my husband, and now even my daughter. Sometimes, just hanging out and eating out destresses us. We talk about things away from work. A movie is also great, as well as short travels. We do this alternately just too break the routine and the monotony.
