What beauty treatments do you prefer? Nails, sauna, massage...
Let us know the details! I'm mad about aromatherapy massages, the scents are incredible. And sauna too, though I prefer turkish bath, much more humid, I find it more relaxing. How about you?

I still would trade a massage for anything! What's a turkish bath? i dont like going to the spa here specially when I have to be with other women. I still find that uncomfortable seeing naked women bathing in the same pool. but I love love love a good body scrub complete with a massage.
Of course, having my nails done is great too! Anything to pamper myself :)

A turkish bath is like a sauna but while a sauna is 90°C and 20-30% humidity, a turkish bath is 55°C and 100% humidity, so it's really steamy!

Hi palerainy,
I absolutely enjoy spending time in a salon with my mother, sisters or with my girl friends and have our hair or nails done! It's always nice to have a new look like a new hairdo or nail color once in a while. I don't encourage having your nails polished very often, though. About few weeks ago, my mom and I went to a salon and we had our hair colored. It was fun and I loved the results!
I look forward to seeing more beauty treatment responses here. ;)
