what do you do when you have a very noisy nieghbor?

i go home 12midnight everyday from work. i am very tired and sleepy but unfortunately this nieghbor of mine doesnt seem to care if he disturd other poeple. he put his radio speaker in a very loud mode that even putting cotton in your ears dont help. every morning i will try to talk to him but i have no chance of doing it because he is still sleeping when i leave the house, and if talk to him when i go home im afraid i might embarrass him with his friends and do more damage. what do you think i should do?

may be u should go nd talk to him explain him how important a good sleep for u after working in the late hours.this might work for you.try to get him on weekdays.have a nice day

Hello twinkle, i've ever had a similar noisy neighbor who often played music loudly after 12 pm while he sang following the music, it bothered me a lot. One day, i can't stand the noise any more, sprang up from the bed, and knocked his door to tell him how loud his music was. After that time, he never do so again. I think you may softly talk to your neighbor about this thing and let him know you're always bothered by the radio, but the way to tell him should be soft so that he can accept, hehe:) Happy mylotting... Hi. twinkle123. If you live on a rental property, I would just contact the landlord about how he blasts his music up sky high. That is not fair to you that he does that. If you don't live on a rental property, then I think that you should approach him nicely and talk to him about this.

hi,twinkle! I think it depends. I had such a neighbour before.I remember when I just moved to the room next to hers I found I could hardly bear her noise.so I was going to mention it to her. but I felt strange that why others lived around hadn't mentioned it to her.so I asked one of other neighbours that whether he had heard the noise of her.he told me she was a very noisy woman and he had politely pleased her to don't do it like that but his words didn't work.so I gave up my idea. I wish you can handle this problem as soon as possible.

These kind people they need to change by themself.Dont they know it will make disturbance to others if it noisy.If this is the case, we need to call the neighbour and we ourself should say they are creating more disturbance if it is continuing for long time.

Hello twinkle Welcome to mylot Noisy neighbors do exist every wherer. I had one, very quarrelsome, he will always play music at abnormal high volume till late night, i along with others requested him several times, it was of no use, lastly we brought some loud speakers, noisy music cassettes and played them, pointing the speaker at his home..it worked, he could realized his fault..
