VGA's are soldered to the mobo of every laptop system.

I think you can't with laptops. Video cards for laptops are embedded together with the motherboard so it is not possible. If you don't like the graphics card you will replace your whole laptop if that what's you want but then it can be costly than just stick with it.

Hello. What is the brand of your notebook? What's the specs of it? High-end notebooks now can have the option to use a external graphics card. But I don't think you can replace the built-in graphics card inside of your notebook.

Yes if buy new one then go for NVIDIA it is the best graphics card comapny.
