Do you Believe that drinking coffee is Good for our skin for it has collagen?

I have read an article the other day about coffee and it amaze me because it was being said that coffee is good for the skin for it has a collagen flavor.I am planning to stop drinking coffee cause I was thinking it is not good for my skin and health then after reading the article,I'm thinking twice if this is true or only an opinion. What do you think? If it's good, what is your basis?

Hi dear! I love taking coffee instead of tea, if I'm given a choice. I think coffee stimulates my mind and I feel better. I did not exactly about it that it contains collagen and it helps nourish our skin. I just enjoy its aroma and taste and enjoy drinking the same.

i am not sure whether coffee is good for your skin due to its collagen properties but it is known to be a direutic,so too much of it is harmful for the skin.but i too love coffee in moderation,my day begins with a good cup of coffee.

hello irene, I don't even know what collagen is, But i bet it's good alright. actually coffee with milk can also be good to the stomach as part of cleaning up the digestive system allows you to bowel smoothly.you should drink coffee only twice but little coffee with much milk.

Hi,irene,it would have better,if you quote that "article".Many members are not able to give you right response including me.What ever you mentioned,i don't know but i love coffee and it's a coincidence that i am drinking strong coffee. Have a nice time and happy mylotting.

I am pond of black coffee very much, drink almost 4 cups a day :) but, I dunno what its effect to my skin. so far my skin is quite okay.
