Every now and then, I wake up in the mornings having suffering from back pains. Sometimes its bearable but sometimes it's just really painful. I've had it checked already and the doctor says there's nothing wrong with my bones (good thing) and just that I need to exercise every now and then.
Do you suffer from back pains too? What have you done with it?

I have suffered with back pain for the last 5 to 7 years now but I have several prolapsed discs which keep touching the nerves so I use pain patches and take other tablets as well. It is difficult when I get up in the morning as I am very stiff it is also difficult for me just to walk up the road as I have to keep stopping because of the pain. I will be starting pain management soon to see if that will help with the pain as sometimes especially when it is cold the pain is really bad.

Wow. I can only imagine how you manage to relieve that pain. You're pain tolerance may be that high already for now. It's really good to know that science have helped us a lot when it comes to pain management. Hope you'll feel better soon and let the pain go away. Take care!

Back pains are quite common with me as it also has run in my family for years. Back in high school when I played football it was fine, but it seemed that right after I graduated and my football days were over that the pain picked up. It's not debilitating like some people experience but it's still enough to be a pain in the rear. I usually just take some pain relievers and i'm fine in a few hours, but I'm still worried that as I age it will only continue to get worse.

So, i think then that physical activity really helps in building up those bones right. Yeah, i do agree that as you age, it feels like some of the parts of the body don't function that well as it used to be. Well we better really do something then to take care of it. You might want to consider playing football again if you have the time, or maybe do some stretching exercises. :) Thanks for the share.

I suffer from low back pain which some people call slip disc or ruptured disc. Most of the times I don't feel any pain unless I carry weight on a wrong posture or maybe sneeze while bending down. It triggers the pain and once triggered it will last for days. I consulted a doctor and the only advise was to take pain killers and avoid positions or postures that will trigger the pain. Complete rest while in pain and avoid lifting heavy objects in wrong bodily posture. It works.
cheers!

I also have a friend who has a slip disc. He was also advised by the therapist not to carry heavy objects as this will worsen the posture and would cause pain and discomfort. There were exercise that he needed to do everyday to help strengthen his muscles and bones too.
I did see a doctor already, my back bone looks good so the doctor said. He just advised me to observe good posture at all times specially while i'm sitting down for long hours.
Well we should better watch for our back always. Take care! Thanks for the share and have a nice day.

Better you check if your bed is too soft. When the muscles are pressed hard during sleep, you are likely to get the pain. But after moving about for a few minutes, usually the pain will be gone.
