Do u believe in ghosts?

Do u believe in ghosts or spiritual beings? If yes, post a personal experience that led u to believe in them. I personally do not believe in ghosts as people who spook those they hate as the concept just doesn't make sense although i do believe in a spectral "presence". I believe that our dead loved ones do leave a mark even when they die and that they do watch over us.
