Do you celebrate Halloween? Are there any traditions that your family has that go along with Halloween?
We celebrate Halloween each year by taking our 3 children out trick-or-treating in costume. Every year my siblings get together with our children the weekend before Halloween and have a little party, including pumpkin carving contest.

Hi, marmis. I don't celebrate Halloween. When I was younger I used to. But my husband seems to believe that this day is The Devil's Day. So, therefore, our kids don't go out trick or treating. Last year an 11 year old boy got killed when he went to knock on the door for candy.. Since that episode, I won't allow my kids to go even if I am with them. The boys' father was standing beside him when he was killed. This happened in the town that I live in as of now..

We carve pumpkins about a week before Halloween.
And then on Halloween, I always make a pizza that looks like a jack-o-lantern. After we eat the kids get their costumes on, we take pictures, and then go trick or treating. I good time is had by all!
