How do you avoid triggering situations and behaviour?
What if your triggers are being around certain types of people who are difficult to avoid?
My trigger is teenagers, especially girls who behave in certain ways. I had a very bad time at school and in my teens and I find it hard to be around those teens who are behaving like the bullies did.
I'm having real trouble going near one teen daughter of some friends because she exhibits a lot of those behaviours and it is very triggering for me. A bit like having been bitten by a dog and then having to sit at a kennels with them all yapping and barking!
Do you know what some or all of your triggers are? How do you cope with them?

clearly, the best thing to do is try and avoid the triggers. however, one of mine is exams- and I can't avoid that. so I try and relax, as much as I can..
