Acne advice

SO i have really bad acne and i wash my face with an acne scrub around three times a day. I do this all the time and it never seems to do anything for me. I just cant get rid of it constant breakout and it makes me mad and shy to go out in public because i think that girls do not like guys with acne. Does anyone have anyways that they know of to get rid of it? I have tried so many different name brand products with no result, please help.
