To stay slim and fit, it is necessary to eat healthy and do proper exercise. But if someone can not compromise with eating habits. But ready to give more time to exercises also. So, can more exercise overcome the effect of overeating?

From where I stand, more exercises can help people who can not compromise with eating habits, overcome the effect og overeating. If one has a helathy eating habit, proper exercises can help him/her keep fit and stay in shape. But if one can not compromise with eating habits, then, obviously, he/she should have to do more and more exercises to consume the surplus energy, which is very necessary if one want to keep healthy. Have a nice day!

Yes, healthy food will complement the effect of exercise and thus, keep the body fit and active. And overeating and unhealthy food is only going to minimize the positive effect of exercise.

I believe exercise can overcome the effect of overeating. Basically the whole point of losing weight is to consume less than what you use up. But there other matters to consider like metabolism. I'd say for the most part yes, if you can exercise off what you eat.

I agree with your explanation. Now I just want to say it’s just a theory. I mean you overeat then over exercise. So you maybe can lose weight. However we are human being. if we over exercise one day we will have problem with our body, same as over eat. So the best way to lose weight is in opposite direction. I mean less eat and do a little more exercise bit by bit daily. When I was young I did like that and I really lost weight. I was in my ideal size. Now I got married and feel difficult to do like before.

I think to stay in shape you have to balance out your healthy eating along with proper exercise and I know there are some people who have trouble with overeating and I know I used to have that problem and I would eat three meals a day,and snack inbetween them and I think if you overeat that you can overcome it with exercise, but I would say you would probably have to do even more exercise,so that way your calorie intake and your calorie outtake are inline, and then you can still stay slim, instead of gaining a lot of weight even though you are exercising.

Hi , I believe having an exercise regularly can keep our body fit and lose weight,at least our body weight is being controlled at certain level and we won't be over weight. Of course,it does not mean that after doing an exercise, we can eat all kind of food or go for heavy meals directly. It is still the best to eat healthy food, more vegetables and fruits are good for our health.
