..For me, one of the most effective way that I use is go for a break.. In the office, if I am stressed, I stand up, walk for a while, breath, then smile.. but usually, the secret of doing things without being stressed is to love what you do.. In my own experience, when I try to love what I do, I find myself enjoying the work even if I have to have an overtime sometimes.. and I don't feel stressed at all.. But if this doesn't work for you, there is what we call a stress ball where you could release your stress and anxieties by pressing it hard.. I mean you can just grab anything rubber and press it hard until you release your stress.. You can also try listening to mellow music or watching comedy movies.. Others also say that you scream.. for example, in the house, you grab your pillow and scream as hard as you can leaning on the pillow so that nobody will hear you and nobody will think that you are crazy.. I hope these can help you.. happy mylotting..
