Is there a paypal-Western Union transfer?

I am having a paypal account. I don't have a credit card or even a bank account. Is it possible to transfer money from my paypal account to western union since western union is available here in our area.
Please help me...

hi girl, i would suggest you to use xoom and i tried it really works and also has almost 80%lower than western union..

I know a guy who is very trusted and he can send your money by mlhuiller if your from philippines and also at western union ofcourse. You can get your money as fast as 10 minutes. You can add him on yahoo if you want. just pm me though
