a dog or a cat for a pet

i wannat buy a pet but i don`t know what? a dog....a cat...i like them bouth but i never had one of them...i think that a dog is too big for an appartament but a cat is too messy....

if you live in a apartment a cat or a small dog is better.
a small dog you can easily litterbox train as well as a cat can use a litter box.
If you get a medium sized dog or larger then you have to house train it and that means when you take your dog out, you will have to clean up after it.
So start with a fish, hamster, or a bird.
