boiled food or oily food?

i like boiled food more than oily one as it is good for health.i like boiled potatoes,pasta and eggs for my morning meal as it is good for health and help in digestion.one should drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily to keep ur skin healthy.one should avoid too much oil in daily diet as it make us prone to heart attacks.eat healthy and be healthy.share your suggestions and experiences.happy mylotting.

boiled food is healthier than oily foods, i like boiled egg than fried egg especially in the morning for my breakfast.

I prefer steamed or boiled foods over fried, but we actually need some oil in order to use certain vitamins. I just do not do too much frying, as the oil does not digest well. My advice is to eat lots of different colors in your foods.

you are right....oily food is ok for just a change some day...but for regular habit you should go for boiled food...if we eat too much fried stuffs.....then its really going to cause serious health problems in future..so better to keep control over taste and be healthy for longer life...

hi mohit. i have to prefer boiled although i like spicy. i have liver and stomach problem so i am suggested to take boiled but who cares. i take both..........

ya boiled food is good for health and you can taste oily food for a change as you have health problems so you should prefer boiled food.happy mylotting.

I love Fried foods. French fry, fried chicken etc are my favourites.
