black sheep of the family

a friend of mine for almost 10 years had recently ask me for advice, i know the story of her life, she was the only child, her father died when she was a kid, she is every positive in life, she laughs alot and you will never see her sad (actually, i've seen her cry, when she's lonely or have a problem, she always come to me for help, she was like a sister for me and so i am to her) her mother has to work abroad, she was left here to her mothers friend, though they treated her nicely and warm at first few months of her staying. (this family is a long friend of her mothers) some things changed for some reason she dont know. she is not physically abused but emotionally i think she suffered alot in this family, yes, they do treat her as family but as she decribed it "i was treated like im the blacksheep of this family" i felt bad for her and want to help her. i tried to comfort her when she call in the middle of night crying (because she has got a bad agrument with her new sister, or her new poster mother) i dont know but its seem they think she bring bad luck for the family (because recently the family had so many problems, financially and emotionally) i ask her to come live with my family but she wont accept. how can i help her? we wont accept any offer of mine or any of our friends??
