Use updated antivirus like Norton, Popup blocker, Anti keylogger, Adware, spyware doctor which help system to prevent from unwanted programs.

The best way is to stop using pirated Windows operating system and pirated Antivirus, spyware suit. Spend a little and buy original. You will get better safety and the backdoor security threat that comes with pirated softwares will also be avoided.
