what would you do when you have sore eyes

Nowadays we work with computer, every day I stare at the computer for more than 10 hours and my eys are very tired. In this situation, what would you do to protect your eyes?

Often when i have sore eyes it is because my contacts are getting dry after a long day of use, then i simply take them out and grab my glasses instead, or if it is really late then i may admit the fact it is time to go to bed.

Im certainly into haveing a short break with a nice cup of tea. Especially now when we are closing up on winter time, the evenings tend to get long here. And im constantly working with one of my many projekts, so breaks are good and sometimes well needed.
