Do you snore? If you do, do you know it?

Oftentimes, we snore but are unaware of this. Medical doctors say that when people snore this is an indication that a person has something physiologically wrong with his body. It maybe a convoluted air tube or a blocked nose. What about you, do you snore? Are you aware of it? Did you have a general check-up to know what's wrong with you?

I do snore. You have given alarming information that something may be wrong with me.What all diseases have a symptom of snoring? Could you please elaborate a bit on this? How can snoring be cured?I have no idea if it can be stopped at all, after all a person has no control over his body when he is asleep.

Yes, I do snore once in a while. I had not idea, until my husband told me. However, from what he's told me, it's not very often.

Just like me, thanks for the input. We'll have to make sure, we don't have any condition with a check up.Cheers.

I snore, I snore a lot, and unfortunate victim of this is my long suffering wife. Regarding the health problems, yes snorers not only have a blocked nose, sometimes it can be even worse. As an example, I had a heart attack, and was forced to go for a triple by pass surgery.

I don't snore, and I'm aware of it. I sleep soundly but very quiet. I don't make noise nor do much movements. I know snoring to be an indication of a heart problem so I'm thankful I don't snore.

I don't know if I snore, But I hope I don't hahaha. I have lots of overnight trips with my friends and classmates and no one has ever discussed anything about it to me, fortunately haha. If I do, or did snore, that would be very embarassing.

Yeah, i do snore a lot and sometimes my wife turns my head sideways, as this stops the snoring, as she told me. I'm not aware of the snoring, but it must be due to this snoring problem i suffer from heart palpitations and need medications. Sometimes my wife tells me that my snoring becomes quite loud and that she finds it difficult to sleep next to me. I do go for health check ups, but had never mentioned the snoring problem to my physician, but in the next check up, i'll make it a point to mention the problem. Thank you and a happy mylotting!!!

Yes I do snore. How did I know it? Well my other half told me that I snore when I am asleep....ofcourse I did not believe it at first....but then he has got the audacity to record me snorring during my sleep using my phone! Hahahahaha that was just weird hearing myself snore. I think I usually snore when I am tired. Perhaps my snoring is due to deep sleep.

Hi! Sometimes I also snore and others tell me about it.. I feel pretty bad about it because I cannot do anything to sort it out. Hope some medical advice may help. I have yet to get myself checked up.

I do not snore and even my husband do not. But I notice that some other time when he was soo tired from work he snores on his sleep. I notice before that our baby while she was still 3months old she snores a lot. She was a premature baby, born on the 8th month. So we had her checked by the pedia. We found out that her trachea was not yet fully develop. The snoring was gone when she was already about 10months old.

My family told me that I usually snore during my sleep. It's probably due to my asthma, I'm not sure, I haven't asked my doctor about it yet.
