i have money in paypal and when i want to rent some referrals, it said that it will only allow verified users. are there any ways other than being verified?
can i use credit card (india) without getting verified, its my friend card

hey there..
lemme ask you one thing as you mentioned about the verified pay pal account... is a verified paypal account required also to receive the payments from neobux? if yes how tto verify the account that we have aleady with pay pal? if you could tell that i think it will be very useful to me and also to a lot of oher people...

No it is not necessary to be verified to receive the payments from neobux
