Yes you can do it via Virtual CC but remember its not a legit way to verify, if found by paypal, they will bann you and eat your money if you have any.

There are loads of sites out there offering paypal verification through VCC. Yes you will be able to verify your account in a matter of minutes. But you know what - this is of course not legit way and paypal will ultimately catch you and close your account. However, they will not eat your money. They will tell you to come back to logon to your account after 6 months and possibly allow you to transfer your money somehow.
